About
Nine-night residential Ashtanga retreat at a Benedictine monastery east of Santa Fe. Mornings are Mysore-style self practice with pranayama on selected days; late mornings cover asana theory and midday sessions cover yoga philosophy. Tuition is booked with the teacher and rooms are booked directly with the abbey; commuters may attend for a daily fee.
