Ashtanga Yoga intensive weeks at Yoga Roots Odeceixe
A rolling series of six-day themed weeks at Petri Räisänen and Wambui Njuguna-Räisänen's own shala in the Algarve village of Odeceixe. Early Mysore mornings, a Friday led primary, and an afternoon block that changes theme each week - adjustments, energy healing, meditation, Ashtanga history. Tuition only; students arrange their own rooms in the village.
