Five morning Clinical Somatic Education sessions covering back, neck, shoulders, breathing, hips and feet, with free afternoons and an optional gentle evening practice. Held at a mountain farmstead in central Portugal and capped at twenty people.

Prerequisites: Must be 18 or older, and able to get down onto the floor and back up again with relative ease; sessions are primarily floor-based.
