Week for fourteen women at the Pelion Retreat Centre led by the Hungarian Self Dive founders: early meditation and journaling, a two-hour Sattva sequence of Himalayan breathwork, kriya and asana, an afternoon workshop, and evening cacao ceremony and women's circle, plus a day trip to Delphi.
