Sage Rountree's route to RYT 500, assembled from a 150-hour sequencing mentorship plus either the Yoga for Athletes training or a set of 500-dollar specialty modules. Enrolment is rolling with a January 2027 cohort, and the core mentorship meets live on the first and third Tuesday of the month.
