Six-day non-residential workshop in Buenos Aires. Each morning offers three Mysore start times at one venue; each afternoon a themed two-hour workshop at a second venue covers hips, pranayama and bandhas, meditation and the subtle body, spinal extension and strength, closing with a led Primary Series and lecture.
