A five-day non-residential winter retreat at Joey and Rachel's own studio near Hebden Bridge. Mornings are settling and Mysore-style practice; three of the days add a long afternoon workshop on alignment, restorative work and contemplation. Teaching is priced on a sliding scale; no accommodation or food.

Prerequisites: For committed Ashtanga students practising a minimum of one year, practising regularly, who can confidently practise Primary Series through Marichyasana A.
