Astanga Yoga Helsinki's long-running summer retreat in the Turku archipelago, run in weekly blocks from Monday arrival to Sunday. Mysore and beginner classes, pranayama, lectures, kids' and teens' yoga, sauna and outdoor activities, with full board from an on-site kitchen. Weeks can be taken singly.
