Non-residential 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training at a Lisbon shala, delivered as one intensive week, three weekends and two closing intensives between August 2026 and January 2027, plus 15 hours each of meditation, workshops and assisting. Deliberately not Yoga Alliance registered.

Prerequisites: Minimum two years of consistent yoga practice and previous Ashtanga Vinyasa experience; participation in the Mysore programme recommended.
